Dear sir,
I wanted to ask if there exists any function in the CRP toolbox to compute GPR for general synchronization like there exists CPR for phase synchronization?

RR calculation using CRQAD and phasesynchro
Hello everyone, I am calculating RQA parameters for a time series as a function of a delay from LOI. As per my understanding, I can calculate e.g RR at a certain delay, either by using either function CRQAD(x) which returns RR, DET and L as a function of delay, or by using cpr=phasesynchro(x) which ...

Mutual information for negative delays
Dear sir,
Similar to the cross-correlation coefficient, is there any way to calculate mutual information for both positive and negative delays for two-time series by using the CRP toolbox?

recurrence threshold
Dear all,
For a noisy time series, it is mentioned in the literature that the threshold should be around 5*sigma. I wanted to ask if this sigma is the standard deviation of the time series?
