RR calculation using CRQAD and phasesynchro

Post by ajay singh »

Hello everyone,
I am calculating RQA parameters for a time series as a function of a delay from LOI. As per my understanding, I can calculate e.g RR at a certain delay, either by using either function CRQAD(x) which returns RR, DET and L as a function of delay,
or by using cpr=phasesynchro(x) which returns CPR index along with RR as a function of delay
But when the value of RR is calculated by using the same value of parameters, both these methods give different results.
Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks

Should be the same. I have to check. Perhaps there is another norm selected or the time series was normalised by default. Do you have a short example? I could use it to check the code.
