I thought I posted this a few days ago but obviously not so here goes again.
I am interested in the application of cross-recurrence plots to synchronise two time series. The paper by Marwan et al (2002) describes the technique and refers to software on the recurrence plot website but I have not found anything there or in the toolbox to directly achieve this. Can anybody provide more details, code, etc to do this? I would also appreciate data sets to use as test cases to make sure that I have things working once I get code.
Any assistance or comments would be much appreciated as I am not a mathematician, just an end user geologist.
Thanks
Bruce
