cross recurrence plot

Hi ,

I'm trying to determine the time lag between two time series as done here: http://www.recurrence-plot.tk/crps.php

I calculated the CRP with the crq2 function and used dimension 4 and distance of 1.2 and delay of 1. Now that I got the plot, I'm not sure how to proceed and to calculate the RP measure for the CRP as seen in figure 3 in the link.
