Recurrence quantification for a picture
I want to get the quantification measures from a picture and compare it with the same measures in another picture and repeat it. Can I use TOCSY? I have three components for (x,y,intensity) for each pixel of the picture. So the input is not a vector.

Re: Recurrence quantification for a picture
Marwan 2007 says something about generalized recurrence plot is in 2n-space-- RP for an image band should be in 4-space. I'm facing this problem as well--I think that I will try seeing where a 3D wavelet transform will get me, if I set up a multispectral dataset in a cube so the z axis is frequency. I guess the RPs should be possible for n-dimensional data--the quantification of that would be beyond me right now.
